ACVIM Foundation Online Store FAQ and Return/Exchange Policy

How much of my purchase goes to the ACVIM Foundation?

All net proceeds from your purchase go to support our programs. All proceeds from Chase Away K9 Cancer merchandise helps support canine cancer studies.

When will my order arrive?

In-stock items usually ship within 3 to 5 business days after receipt of order. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the items you ordered and the total amount charged to your credit card. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please call (800) 245-9081 and ask For Lauren Selepouchin.

Will I be notified if items in my order are not in stock?

Once your order has been processed, usually within 3 to 5 days after receipt of order, you will receive an email indicating the status of your order, including ship date and any backordered items. You will receive another email once backordered items have shipped. Please note that your credit card will not be charged until your order ships.

Can I cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel an order you may do so as long as your items have not been shipped. Please call (800) 245-9081 between 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. MST to cancel an order. If your order has already shipped you may return it to us for a refund.

How are orders shipped?

Items are shipped using U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.

Do you offer express delivery?

In-stock items can be rushed to any street address within the continental U.S. for an additional charge. To ensure that your order goes out the same day, please call (800) 245-9081 before 12:00 noon Mountain Standard Time.

Two day (afternoon delivery, second business day): Add $9.95 to shipping and handling charge.

Next day (afternoon delivery, next business day): Add $19.95 to shipping and handling charge.

Express delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, rural routes, post office boxes and general delivery addresses is not available.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If any product, for any reason, does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a complete refund, replacement or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Items should be returned to this address:

Please include a copy of your receipt with the returned items. If you wish to replace a damaged item or exchange it for a different size, please indicate this on the receipt. If you have any questions about returning or exchanging an item, call (800) 245-9081 weekdays from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Mountain Standard Time.

I don't want to give my credit card information online. Can I phone in an order?

To shop by mail: Please mail us your order, including item name, item number, quantity and size, where appropriate. Mail your request to the address below, along with your check, credit card number and expiration, or money order:
