This year, we are really outdoing ourselves by having the Lakers Girls as our welcoming crew! We will also have a special guest appearance by Dick Van Patten from Eight is Enough! Come celebrate and meet our animal heroes, such as Ricochet the surfing SURFice dog and LAPD’s K9 Unit. We will also be honoring three individuals in the
local community who act as heroes to all of our companions: Maryanne Dell as Community Hero; Dr. Jocelyn Mott as Outstanding Advocate; and Dr. Larry Cowgill as Pioneer Specialist.
The mission of Paws for Cures is to provide funds for animal health studies aimed at finding cures for the diseases and illnesses that plague our beloved companion animals.
